I am so blessed to be in a career that allows me to form such deep and long-lasting relationships as this one does.  The events that mean the very most to me are when friends decide to become clients of our practice, and when clients of our practice become my friends.  The world we live in is full of a lot of information - but there lies a tremendous difference between information you may read or hear, and knowledge, truth, and perspective that allows you to make critical financial decisions that are to shape your situation in the future, good or bad.

We take each and every prospective client through the same exact process.  A discovery conversation where we learn about you both qualitatively, your mission, vision, top financial goals and values, and quantitatively, meaning the financial landscape you are currently experiencing including the decisions you either have made or have not made.  If someone feels like we may be able to add value to their world based on the discovery conversation, we'll schedule the collaborative solution conversation.  The collaborative solution conversation means we are going to collaborate with our clients on finding the most effective and efficient solutions that will get them from where they are to where they want to go.  We encourage our clients to be active participants in this process and choose for themselves the best course of action once they are fully educated on how everything works.  At the end of the day, it is our clients’ who end up making the call on what strategy is being implemented, not us, as it is their financial plan not ours.  I find that our clients appreciate us sitting on the same side of the table as them and collaborating with them as opposed to telling them what they need or should be doing.
